LDF6800N Distributed Frequency Converter

LDF6800N is used in the environment of dampness, dust, vibration, corrosion, etc., which requires the Distributed installation of frequency converter. Meet the protection level of IP65, strong and durable, easy to maintain and other features. The bottom junction box adopts maintenance free pluggable interface and redundant connection of power supply and bus cable, which can be quickly debugged, replaced and upgraded by pulling out the control box. The electric noise intensity is directly proportional to the cable length, so in the Distributed installation, the extremely short cable length of the motor can easily solve the EMC radiation problem in the application site. Two installation methods: support motor installation and wall mounting.

Centralized installation:
● the motor speed regulating device is installed in a central control cabinet
Distributed installation:
● motor speed control devices are distributed in the whole plant and installed near the controlled motor
Distributed installation can realize:
● the motor speed control device does not need to occupy the space of the central control cabinet
● in the case of EMC compliance, the length of shielded cable can be greatly reduced
● electronic components directly heat in the factory space
● standardized modular design to reduce design time and facilitate expansion
● faster and easier debugging
